If you use Gmail for your business emails, follow this step-by-step guide on how to add an email signature to Gmail.

Complete the final step in testing the signature. Select ‘compose’ from the top left. This will bring up a new email. Select the pen icon from the end of the toolbar. This will bring up a list of your email signatures. Select the one you just added and check it over.
