Overview

Roberts Miller Redshaw (RMR) approached us for support with their offline marketing materials. They wanted professionally printed leaflets and presentation folders to help strengthen their outreach to new clients. These folders needed to hold key documents used during early client conversations, including quotes, sales leaflets, and proposal letters. The aim was to create high‑quality materials that looked professional and reflected the standard of RMR’s work. The folders would be used in face‑to‑face meetings and also sent out by post to prospective clients. By improving the quality and consistency of their printed materials, RMR hoped to make a strong first impression and support their wider marketing strategy.

Design Features

Presentation Folders

The presentation folders were designed to showcase RMR’s high-quality work and create a strong first impression. We incorporated striking imagery from previous projects to highlight the results clients can expect and to capture attention instantly. A QR code was placed on the folding flap in a prominent position, making it easy for recipients to scan and visit the RMR website for more information or to get in touch. On the back of the folder, we added bold icons to highlight RMR’s key services, set against a vibrant blue background for maximum visibility. Accreditations were also included to reinforce trust and demonstrate industry recognition, giving prospective clients peace of mind. For printing, we recommended a soft-touch finish combined with SCODIXING. This created a premium feel with a matte texture and a glossy, raised logo for contrast. The result was a professional, high-end folder design that RMR loved.

Leaflets

The architecture department needed leaflets to promote their architectural services. We designed these leaflets with a clean, professional look and strong visual appeal. Similar to the presentation folder, we used high-quality images of RMR’s completed projects, highlighting impressive architectural work. The front cover features a bold QR code, making it easy for readers to scan and visit the website for more details or to get in touch. Inside, we included a numbered list for the ‘Architecture Journey’ section. This format makes the process clear, simple, and step-by-step, showing prospective clients that working with RMR is hassle-free. To build trust, we added a Google review because recommendations remain one of the most powerful marketing tools. Throughout the leaflet, we used personal pronouns like ‘you,’ ‘we,’ and ‘your’ to create a conversational tone and a sense of personalization. This approach helps us speak directly to the target audience and make the content engaging.
