Stage Connections approached Scorpio Digital with a ready-made email signature design and a clear set of requirements: they needed it professionally coded to include clickable links to their website and phone numbers, and implemented consistently across all staff devices and email clients. Ensuring seamless functionality across Apple, Android, and Windows platforms, as well as email clients like Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail,, was essential.We delivered a tailored solution, coding each signature with precision, testing across multiple platforms, and providing hands-on support to implement the signatures company-wide. Design & Implementation
To bring Stage Connections’ email signature design to life, we coded individual signatures for each staff member, embedding clickable links to their website and phone numbers for seamless interaction. Recognising the wide variation in how email clients render HTML, we conducted thorough testing across Apple, Android, and Windows devices. This allowed us to identify and resolve display inconsistencies, refining the code to ensure optimal performance across platforms. While exact uniformity isn’t always possible without dedicated signature management software like Exclaimer, we worked within these constraints to deliver a solution that met the client’s expectations for consistency and professionalism.
Once development and testing were complete, we supported Stage Connections through the implementation phase by remotely accessing staff devices and guiding them through the setup process. This included configuring signatures on popular email clients such as Apple Mail, Gmail, and Outlook, as well as a few lesser-known platforms. Therefore our hands-on approach ensured that every team member had a fully functional, branded email signature across all their work devices, reinforcing the company’s identity in every message they sent.
